CCBF is not only a leading copyright exchange hub for children’s books (ages 0 to 16 years), but also a knowledge repository that will inspire school teachers, parents, and children, book lovers, book collectors, illustrators and translators. More than 60,000 new books from 50 countries and regions will be presented in the fair as part of a worldwide celebration of children’s reading.

Yoshikazu Fukumura, born in 1946, is a Japanese conductor, formerly music director of the Tokyo City Ballet Company, the Kyoto Municipal Symphony, the Nagoya Philharmonic Orchestra and the Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra. He received national recognition in Japan for conducting the NHK TV concert series entitled Music of the World in 1970. Apart from conducting widely in Japan, he has also given many acclaimed performances abroad with orchestras in Europe, Latin America and Asia.

Dark Circus tells an original, but metaphorical, story about the demons that bedevil us, and the sins hidden in the deepest parts of the human soul.

POPASUDA returns to Dada seven years on, with a live reggae-azonta set from the Mighty Junior Revelation. The Ghanaian reggae star splits his time between the Rasta Ashanti hills of Ghana and the studio to put forth some of the most authentic reggae and azonto sounds out there. As always, Skinny Brown will be on the decks for another massive 7 hour set playing a range of global sounds, alongside reggae and dancehall tunes.

Incredibly talented and authentic, New Zealand’s TeRōpū Raukura is made up of students from Rotorua Boys and Girls High Schools. Showcasing amazing Maori song and dance, these young performers awe and amaze audiences wherever they go.
