elebrate the most elegant sporting event in China as Brawl On The Bund returns to Shanghai for its 10th anniversary. Happening at Hyatt on the Bund on Friday, November 30, it’s an evening of excitement, glamor, good food, and world-class white collar boxing.
The theme for the 10th year is Moulin Rouge, and attendees can expect cabaret dancers, magicians, live singing performances, and a four-course Western dinner prepared by VUE Restaurant’s chef de cuisine, Patric Gigele. The meal begins with hot smoked Faroe salmon and black morel essence, followed by a morel and foie gras soup that’s topped with puff pastry and celeriac cream.
The main course is a melt-in-your-mouth dish of Burgundy-braised beef cheek, and dessert is a seductive chocolate mask accompanied by sorbet and crispy macaroons.
