itch the basic eggs Benedict with this luxurious feast at Fifty 8° Grill, which is offering a spread of fresh seafood, premium steaks, and exquisite desserts crafted by the acclaimed chef Richard Ekkebus.
If you’re a party between one to three, go for their three-course set of an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Start off with either escargot with periwinkles, Jerusalem artichokes and chestnut veloute with kumpuat, or kataifi-style eggs with piperade and crispy Bayonne ham. Main courses range from delicate prawn encrusted halibut to hearty lamb shoulder with pumpkin, or opt for the grass-fed Angus beef at a small surcharge. Desserts including Mont Blanc or chocolate souffle with cacao sorbet will leave you satiated.
If you’re dining as four, the sharing menu will suit you. Your table gets three starters – escargot, roasted pumpkin salad with Comte and pomegranate, and char-grilled Romaine lettuce with grated manchego and hazelnuts. There are two choices for the main course: either lobster and seafood rice cocotte or Longhorn Angus tomahawk steak with three sides. At the end, pass around three desserts including Mont Blanc, chocolate souffle, and sweet corn creme brulee.
The three-course set is ¥348+ per person and the sharing menu for four is ¥1,592+, and there are free-flow sparkling wine and champagne packages available for extra. The weekend brunch is on every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30am to 2:30pm. Scan the QR code below to reserve your spot now.
