Video recently went viral on Chinese social media showing the 81-year-old grandpa flaunting his toned physique and the muscles that he has built up after decades at the gym.orn in 1937, Huang Rubiao has been working out his entire life.
“I’m part of the first batch of athletes from China,” Huang proudly boasts. He competed at China’s first National Youth Games in 1956. During his prime, he was on Henan province’s gymnastics team.
While his days as a professional athlete may be over, Huang has always placed a premium on staying fit. He now apparently believes that he could take on the 70-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger.
“I heard that he can’t even compare to me nowadays,” Huang says. “He started slacking off after becoming governor and his muscles became flabby. But I still keep my body fit and firm.”
Huang confessed that he had suffered a stroke in his old age and is determined to live a healthy lifestyle. He routinely drinks two cups of milk per day and always has lunch full of protein to help repair and grow his muscles.
