Continuing their line of innovative free Thursday open mics, it’s the return of the famous ‘Set List’ style improvised comedy show to Massé: a free stand-up open mic where Shanghai’s best comedians will hit the stage to deliver a mix of planned and unplanned material. An evocative North London alt-rock outfit led by vocalist Ellie Rowsell, Wolf Alice deftly mixes folk, grunge, and electronic elements with vintage ’90s indie rock. Formed in 2010 by Rowsell and guitarist Joff Oddie, the duo issued an eponymous EP independently before expanding into a four-piece in 2012 with the addition of drummer Joel Amey and bassist Theo Ellis.

Ministry of Negroni is back at Funkadeli, this time around with guest bartenders Vincenzo Losappio and Carlo Simbula from The Spirit Milano, one of the best cocktail bars in Italy. The duo are flying in for the occasion and will be shaking up variations on the negroni at Funkadeli, serving three cocktails priced at ¥70-80. Funkadeli hosts Ministry of Negroni every month, inviting guest bartenders to showcase their own take on the Negroni with a special menu of cocktails.
