For three days in November, the award winning Chef Chris Salans, will be hosted at Blackbird in Columbia Circle.
Teaming up with long-time friend and collaborator Blake Thornley presenting “four-hands dinner” at Table Black the evening of November 15th and 16th. Guests will have the chance to be taken on a journey by two culinary masters while they display their agile use of explosive spice profiles, presenting their signature recipes rooted in Indonesian and Guizhou ingredients, but also based in classical French technique: vivid tasting menus with bold flavors that will envelope the senses.
Two seatings are available for this event: 6pm and 8.30pm.
Guests will be at the communal chef’s table, overlooking the kitchen in Table Black.
