The centerpiece is a whole Argentinian chicken that’s slow roasted until juicy and tender, and served with the classic cranberry sauce. Other dishes include a walnut salad, homemade pate, freshly shucked oysters, and garlic butter prawns. Sides of honey glazed baby carrots, roasted pumpkin, and squid ink rice with scallops ensure everyone goes home full, while a hot wine punch warms the belly.
