In a shopping mall in the Hubei capital of Wuhan, a booth has opened up containing 4,000 yuan ($585) of premium makeup and cosmetics supplies, including different types of lipstick, eyeliner, foundation, powder, and perfume. The booth is open to anyone who scans in with an app.
