Wake up to a sophisticated Sunday brunch and savor gourmet delicacies along with free-flowing Perrier Jouёt champagne. Seven cooking stations are setup throughout the restaurant, presenting diners with cold selections and cheeses, fresh seafood, meats and desserts. Only appetizers and desserts are served buffet style, while chefs offer tableside service for cold cuts, such as freshly shaved Joselito ham; and an array of seafood, including fresh-shucked oysters and Boston lobster.
